COSMODIC Therapy: Influencing The Female Vitality Point

There are a few points on the human body that, when stimulated, have profound effect on your health and well-being. SP6  acupuncture point (Spleen 6, or San Yin Jiao) is one of them. It is also called the Female Vitality Point for its powerful influence on woman’s health.

The location of the Spleen 6 is what makes it so important. It is the point at which the Spleen, Liver, and Kidney meridians intersect — hence yet another name for the same point, Three Yin Intersection.

That means that SP6 can be used to address issues having to do with any of these three channels, which are principally important in a significant number of functions throughout the body. In other words, the SP6 can and should be used a lot – and COSMODIC devices can and should be used for this purpose, because besides merely a stimulation of the point, when COSMODIC are used with shungite electrodes, the large parts of the Spleen, Liver, or Kidney meridians can be simultaneously influenced removing energy blockages and restoring the uninterrupted flow of energy in these channels.

The Female Vitality Point is particularly important when female well-being is concerned. In fact, Spleen 6’s effect on a woman’s reproductive health is so powerful that the point is contraindicated during pregnancy (see more on the subject below).

HOW TO STIMULATE SP6 WITHOUT NEEDLES

Acupressure. Locate the point (see below) and use thumbs, fingers, palms, the side of the hand, or knuckles to apply steady, stationary pressure to it for 1-2 minutes. A general guideline to follow is that the pressure should be firm enough so that it hurts a little. If you feel extreme sensitivity or pain, gradually decrease the pressure until you find a balance between pain and pleasure. Do not continue to press a point that is excruciatingly painful.

COSMODIC devices. Use the specific acupoint remote electrode – or a pair of the shungite mini-spheres. In the last case you can keep one of the mini-spheres on the SP6 point and the other one on another point of the Spleen, Liver, or Kidney channel (depending on the condition you are using the SP6 for). Alternatively, you can use another shungite mini-sphere on the symmetrical SP6 on the other side of the body. (Don’t forget to reverse the mini-spheres half-way through the treatment.)

HOW TO LOCATE SP6

Spleen 6 is located on the inside of the lower leg.

To find it yourself, place the pinkie-side edge of your hand against the high point of your medial malleolous (the big bone on the inside of your ankle). Spleen 6 is directly above the malleolous, at the other, index-finger edge of your hand (see picture on the right).

WHAT SP6 CAN BE USED FOR

We could all use a little more Spleen 6 in our lives. Our hectic and stressful information-overloaded lifestyle seriously affects the energy flow in the Liver and Spleen meridians. For this reason, Spleen 6 is widely used in acupuncture treatments for general wellness, energy balancing, and stress-reduction.

It is, however, especially important for WOMEN’s HEALTH. It can be effectively used for:

  • PMS,
  • irregular or painful menstruation,
  • uterine bleeding or amenorrhea,
  • genital pain or itching,
  • female hormonal imbalance,
  • hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause,
  • prolapse of uterus,
  • frigidity and low sexual drive,
  • infertility,
  • delayed or difficult labor and labor pain,
  • and much more.

WARNING! San Yin Jiao (SP6), especially used in conjunction with He Gu (LI4), can cause termination of pregnancy. Strong stimulation of these two points is said to induce abortion within 24-48 hours. Therefore, these points should be avoided during pregnancy.

Spleen 6 also addresses reproductive health IN MEN, where it is frequently used for:

  • genital pain,
  • male menopause,
  • ED (erectile dysfunction) and impotence,
  • low sperm count and infertility/sterility.

In BOTH men and women, San Yin Jiao (SP6) can also be used for:

  • variety of digestive problems (including sluggish digestion, undigested food in a stool, abdominal discomfort and distension, weak appetite etc.),
  • low energy,
  • chronic fatigue,
  • clinical depression,
  • insomnia,
  • haemorrhoids, varicose veins,
  • cold limbs,
  • dizziness and vertigo,
  • painful urination,
  • warts,
  • immune deficiency disorders,
  • side effects of radiation and chemotherapy in cancer patients etc.

We sincerely hope you find this information helpful. You can do many things with the Female Vitality Point – so please, use it to revitalize your life.
